How to get support
If you have technical problems please use Sulum Support Center. We need some information from you to process your support request in the best possible way. A support request should contain the following information:
- The platform on which the problem occur i.e Windows, Linux or Mac. Remember to specify if you use the 32 or 64 bit version of Sulum Optimization Tools.
- The API you are using i.e C,C++ or .NET.
- Full log information from the problematic run.
- If possible write out the problem and send it to us. For small problem files (<1MB) you can attach it to the ticket directly in Sulum Support Center. For larger files please upload it to our ftp site, either using the Upload problem data page or directly via ftp with the following credentials :

The last step i.e sharing the problem data with us, is very important to speed up the debugging process. Unless you for legal reasons can not share your data with us, please consider uploading the problem.
