Please use the form below if you have problem data for Sulum Support.

  • A submitted file should always be coupled with a ticket submit in Sulum Support Center.
  • Best practice is to create a ticket in Sulum Support Center, then upload the file(s) and attach a ticket id in the description field.
  • Consider picking a unique file name i.e problem.mps might be a bad idea, since there can not be two files with the same name on the server. Using company name combined with upload date is prefered.

Please note allowed extensions are : .log,.gz,.zip,.rar,.net,.mps,.lp,.sol

If you have a good argument to expand the extension list, please send a request to Support.
